  • Work Agreement Template

    When an offer is extended we work with both the client and the candidate to create their own domestic worker contract (also referred to as a work agreement). Setting clear expectations is the key to a successful working arrangement. This agreement is to ensure that both your employer and the employeeโ€™s rights are respected. We want your candidates to consider what is important to them in a working relationship with you as their employer in order to guarantee a successful long-term placement.

    Depending on your selected level of investment we will provide onboarding tools such as personality tests, household manuals, performance review guides, and employer success guides as listed in the placement packages below.

    Guarantee Policy

    You will receive a 30-180 day guarantee for your chosen candidate, depending on the placement package selected . In the unlikely event that your candidate resigns or is terminated for any reason during the first 30-180 days we will discuss your options for our replacement policy.

1:1 Matchmaking

We aim to thoroughly understand each candidateโ€™s goals, personality, and work-style to manage expectations for the role and ensure long-term fit. Only after mutual agreement on their suitability and alignment with your standards are they hand-selected for your consideration.

Upon presenting a candidate profile with you through our internal portal our meticulous vetting process has already unfolded. Each candidate has undergone thorough scrutiny, with their qualifications and interest in your role meticulously assessed through personalized consultations.

View the candidateโ€™s application, resume, reference call transcripts, cover letters, letters of recommendation, and interest form submitted for your specific role.

 

What Makes Our Clients Unique

Requirements for Clients Hiring Through MHM

  • Positions must offer a gross hourly base wage of $30+

  • Must be willing to employ candidate legally using a payroll system and issue a W-2.

  • Must offer overtime pay for any hours over 40 in a given week.

  • Must offer typical Household Worker/ Nanny Industry standards including:

    • Guaranteed Hours

    • Paid Vacation Time

    • Paid Sick Days

    • Paid Holidays

    • Mileage Reimbursement (if candidate is required to use their own vehicle on the job)

Placement Packages

Following a free introductory consultation, we require a initial deposit of $500. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied towards the one-time placement fee after you have chosen a successful candidate.

All of our placements include our extensive screening process, plus extras, depending on the placement package selected.

The minimum base fee for all placements is $5,000.
